Finally here is it!! The longawaited album by KING JARTUR & HIS LORDS!!! Medieval frat-garage and surf party!! King Jartur & His Lords were born a few years ago as a side project while Los Immediatos took a break, just for fun playing covers of garage, pop and beat classic numbers that resulted in two enjoyable 45s, one for French label Tryptic and another one for Bickerton, but hey, things are getting serious. The king and his lords have been called up for duty to fight against hispter garage and non-sense noise, they have accepted their godspel mission and face such a fearsome battle gripping this “Ah de la Almena!!” as only weapon. A collection of self-penned compositions full of hip-shaking tunes to recover faith in fun r’n’r, with crazy stories of surfing monsters, medieval frat-rock, palace dance beat and garage shots to shout with one beer mug in one hand and a turkey drumstick in the other one.
