Your email address and any personal information provided will never be sold or shared with third parties. Contact details will only be used by Chaputa! Records to send occasional newsletters about new releases. You can unsubscribe at any time.
This website uses only functional cookies, which are necessary for the operation of the site. All information collected is used exclusively for website functionality and is not shared or used for any other purposes.
Payment
We accept secure payments via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to complete a purchase — simply use your debit or credit card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us for further instructions. Payment includes all applicable fees, shipping, and handling costs.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide! Our standard shipping service is CTT, which is the most affordable option. Please note that from January 1, 2026, the regular CTT service no longer includes a tracking number. If you require trackable shipping, please select the UPS option at checkout. Whenever possible, we will always try to ship using the best available option.
All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours.
Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped in a single package once the pre-order becomes available. If you prefer in-stock items to be shipped separately, please contact us in advance — additional shipping costs will apply.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch. To be able to check your order status and tracking details, please choose the “Create account” option during checkout. To ensure you receive all updates, please add orders@chaputa.com to your email whitelist.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times by region:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days – US SHIPPING AVAILABLE ONLY USING UPS SERVICE
- Rest of the World: 10–21 business days
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on production timelines.
If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, contact us to arrange separate shipping (additional fees will apply).
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund once the item is returned to us. Please note:
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- Keep proof of postage in case the return is lost in transit
- Records must be returned sealed (if applicable)
Unclaimed packages returned to us are not refundable. If you want the item resent, new shipping charges will apply
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk folder. Contact us if you still haven’t received it.
Stock Availability
All items are subject to availability. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock after your purchase, we’ll contact you immediately and offer a full refund or alternative options.
