Privacy policy

  • Your email address and information will not be sold or shared NEVER. Contact info provided will be only used by us to send occasionally newsletters with our releases and you’ll be able to unsubscribe at any moment.

Payment

  • Payments are made through Paypal.
  • It is not necessary to be a Paypal account holder as payments can be made by using a debit or credit card.
  • If you want to place an order and pay with bank transfer please ask for info.
  • Payment includes Paypal fee and shipping and handling taxes.

Shipping / Delivery

  • Yes, we ship worldwide.
  • All orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours with tracking number.
  • If your order includes a record on pre-order ALL records will be sent together as soon the pre-order its available. Please let us know if you want your order to be dispatched in separately (extra shipping may apply).
  • You’ll receive a email notification as soon as your order is packed and ready for shipping.
  • Please add our email – orders@chaputa.com – to your email list so that messages from our webstore system won’t get lost in your junk  folder.

Returns

  • If you’re not satisfied with your order we will happily exchange it or refund you on receipt of the item.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for return postage costs and please obtain proof of postage in case item is lost in the post.
  • All records must be returned sealed if it’s the case.
  • Unclaimed packages returned to our warehouseare are not refundable. New shipping subject to extra charges.
