Privacy Policy

Your email address and any personal information provided will never be sold. It’s only used to process your orders and occasionally let you know about new releases. You can unsubscribe at any time.

This website uses only essential cookies required for it to function properly. Nothing is collected or used beyond that.

Payment

We accept secure payments via PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and credit cards. No PayPal account is required — you can simply use your debit or credit card at checkout.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

All applicable fees, shipping, and handling costs are calculated at checkout.

Multibanco Payment

Multibanco payments must be completed within 3 hours.

This short window is intentional and helps us avoid stock issues. If payment is not completed within this time, the order is automatically canceled and the items are released back into stock.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is handled by CTT — the most affordable option.

As of January 1, 2026, regular CTT shipping no longer includes tracking. If you need tracking, choose the UPS option at checkout. Whenever possible, we’ll always use the best available option.

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours.

Orders that include pre-order items are shipped together once everything is available. If you want in-stock items sent earlier, contact us before ordering — extra shipping costs will apply.

You’ll receive an email once your order is packed and ready to go. To check order status and tracking, select “Create account” during checkout.

To make sure nothing gets lost, add orders@chaputa.com to your email whitelist.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days (USA shipping available via UPS only)
  • Rest of the World: 10–21 business days

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders ship as soon as they’re ready. Timelines can vary depending on production.

If your order includes pre-order and in-stock items, everything ships together. If you want items sooner, contact us to arrange split shipping (extra cost applies).

Returns & Exchanges

Not happy with your order? No problem — we accept returns and exchanges once the item is sent back.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Keep proof of postage
  • Records must be returned sealed (unless defective)

If a package is returned to us unclaimed, shipping costs are non-refundable. Reshipping requires a new shipping payment.

Order Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation email after placing your order. If it doesn’t show up, check your junk folder or get in touch.

Stock Availability

All items are subject to availability. If something goes out of stock after purchase, we’ll contact you and offer a refund or an alternative.
