THE JUKEEZ: Greatest Beats LP

After three 45 RPM records, two albums, and two compilations, The Jukeez return with a new full-length, Greatest Beats, set to May 2026 on Chaputa!

From day one, the band carved out its own lane in Garage Punk. This record pushes that identity further — stronger songwriting, sharper arrangements, and, as the title suggests, serious beats. Fuzz guitars and savage rhythms remain central, but the trio refuses to follow any preset formula. The rule is simple: play hard, keep it loose, and don’t overthink it.

Juki’s voice sounds smoother than ever, yet turns ferocious when the moment demands. Simon pounds the drums with relentless drive, while Oli locks everything into a solid groove.

The album delivers 12 instant cult cuts, including:
– Another Day, Another Lie – a sharp, funky mover
– Out of Tune – garage rock with a rap (!!!) edge
– Wildest Cat In Town – a soul-leaning ballad with bite

True to form, they also twist expectations with two covers:
– Dans ce monde – their take on Mongoloid by Devo
– I Can’t Stop Thinking About It – originally by The Dirtbombs

Greatest Beats was recorded and mixed between 2024 and 2026 at Studio Atomique de Montréal.
